Pythagorea is a collection of geometric puzzles suitable for studying geometry through interactive gameplay. The puzzles cover a wide range of difficulty levels, from simple tasks to challenging geometric problems. With 28 subjects to explore and over 350 tasks available, users have plenty of opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills in geometry. The app also includes a glossary with over 70 geometric terms for easy reference.

Why Pythagorea?

Named after the Greek mathematician and philosopher Pythagoras of Samos (6th century BC), Pythagorea pays homage to the famous Pythagorean Theorem. This theorem states that in a right triangle, the square of the length of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides. The game frequently incorporates right angles and encourages users to apply the Pythagorean Theorem to compare segment lengths and distances between points.

The Tree

The Pythagoras tree is a fractal constructed using squares and right-angled triangles. As you progress through the game and solve problems, your Pythagoras tree grows, with each completed level shaping its unique form. Once all levels are conquered, you will have the exciting opportunity to see your tree blossom as a symbol of your achievements.
