Why Pythagorea?
Named after the Greek mathematician and philosopher Pythagoras of Samos (6th century BC), Pythagorea pays homage to the famous Pythagorean Theorem. This theorem states that in a right triangle, the square of the length of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides. The Tree
The Pythagoras tree is a fractal constructed using squares and right-angled triangles.
